TGuide S96 automatiseeritud nukleiinhappe ekstraktor kasutab uusimat magnetvarda adsorptsiooni ja magnethelmeste meetodit. 96-süvendiliste plaatide ja erinevat tüüpi magnethelmeste ekstraheerimisreaktiivide abil nukleiinhapet eraldatakse ja puhastatakse automaatselt 1-192 verest/rakkudest/kudedest/viirustest ja muudest proovidest.

Seda ekstraktorit saab varustada 24-voolulise mooduliga, mis on hästi kohanemisvõimeline suuremahuliste proovide suhtes. See on varustatud TIANGENi pakendatud reaktiividega ja suudab üheaegselt välja võtta 1-24 proovi. Seadme maksimaalne proovimaht on 5 ml. See sobib eriti hästi vaba nukleiinhappe ekstraheerimiseks seerumist ja plasmast.
